True North Cycle Hub Delivery Details

DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION

Deliveries of small items will be made by Royal Mail or ParcelForce on a Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service.

Deliveries of bikes/ebikes and heavier items will be made by APC on a 1-2 Day service - Due to increasing costs we subsidise delivery charges on bikes under £1000, these purchases will incur a £24.99 delivery charge.

Tracking informaiton will be sent for all orders.

In stock items will be delivered within 1-3 days, please note we are closed on Mondays and our delivery partners do not collect on weekends, so all orders will be picked on the next available day which would be Tuesday.

Cut off for order processing each day is 3pm due to courier collection times. (e.g if you order on a Friday after 3pm we will not be able to ship until Tuesday the following week)

Any out of stock, special order items that are ordered from our distributors will take a little longer, your confirmation emial will show the estimated delivery time.

All bikes/ebikes will be PDI'd prior to boxing and shipping, please contact us on receipt of your order confirmation for estimated delivery times (we aim for 2-5 days from recept of order) This is subject to any extras ordered. But we will keep in touch and update you as to your delivery. We will always strive to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
